The Entourage Spam Filter will always flag a given message as spam or not, no matter what your preference. SpamSieve is not as effective in the beginning, but as you tell it "this email is spam" or that email is not spam", it gets better and better at blocking out the spam. The especially nice part is that some emails that you consider spam, others wouldn't and vice-versa. SpamSeive can handle this by user and I don't think Entourage Spam Filter can handle this at all. While I'm not certain, I suspect that the Entourage Spam Filter is a collection of sophisticated rules to figure out what is or isn't spam, but the rules never change. Hope this is helpful.
