A basic question but please help. I just upgraded my son’s G3 from system 9.2 to 10.2. I first saved his entire hard drive on discs. He uses Entourage 2001. Where would I find his old messages, calendar etc. When we opened Entourage the old messages are not there. Thank you. Irving Weissman
Have you also upgraded Office to Office vX?
If so, the previous answers won’t help you very much.
If you have, you need to copy the folder “Office 2001 Identities” to the new “Microsoft User Data” Folder, then select ‘Import’ from the File menu and follow the prompts of the Import Wizard. Be warned that you may need to have your Office 2001 CD in the CD drive for verification purposes.
