I have just encountered a new and very frustrating situation with Entourage (10.1.1). I received a message from a friend with an attachment - one I was expecting. I have my account prefs set to only partially download large files, and marked this one to be be fully downloaded at the next connection.
When it was retrieved, anytime I click on this message, Entourage quits! I can't delete it or move it to another folder without an unexpected quit. Any ideas how I can remove this file?
