You can set up a mail rule to set the character set of incoming mail to
'Western European (Windows)' for any regular correspondents that display
this error. The character set mapping is not something that can be 'fixed'
in entourage, since Entourage is behaving correctly - the problem lies with
Outlook which doesn't properly declare it's character set.
