thanks for the suggestion, it worked. However, I still have lots of questions regarding using my new IMAP account, and the help feature in Entourage isn't that clear or organized (it's all scattered). Will the description be improved in future versions? And is there a place somewhere that gives you some sort of beginners' tour of using an IMAP account?
