What's an IMAP server? I actually know, but I am an IT person who is
currently not working in IT. The level of IT skills for others is very low.
No-one else there would know how to manage an IMAP server. It would also
require a computer to be an IMAP server. As it stands, we are running OS 9
and use Outlook Express. We only have Office 98. Our POP email server is
external to our organisation. As part of the service we get 20 email
addresses. My recent personal experience with IMAP using Outlook Express and
Entourage was that it didn't live up to my expectations. I reverted back to
POP.

I was not expecting to resolve our problem. We don't have the resources or
the money for it. I was suggesting an enhancement to Entourage for something
that is lacking in Entourage, an easy way to archive messages, while still
using the same interface, something that I thought others might find useful.
