Sorry, I'm beginning to lose you here. Microsoft is most definitely not going to implement any major - or even minor - upgrades of Outlook Express or Entourage 2001. They've both been end-of-line'd long ago. Nor are they going to introduce a new file format, I don't think; the whole point of Entourage is that each identity is an interlinked database - there are no saved documents. Nevertheless, it's quite easy to do exactly what you want in both Entourage 2001 and X - it's a bit fussier in OE. Simply copy, or move, groups of messages relevant to some project group into a new Entourage mail folder - takes a few seconds. Then drag that (or those) folder(s) to a project folder on your desktop or elsewhere on you hard disk. that makes an MBOX file. Copy the MBOX file to every member of the project group. All they have to do is drag it into their copy of Entourage. Voil. In OE you'd have to drag the individual messages to a mail subfolder in the project folder on your desktop, where they make multitudes of .eml files. Copy the project folder to every member of the project group. Then they have to select all the .eml files and drag them into a specified folder in their copy of OE. Messier and slower, but it works, -- Paul Berkowitz MVP Entourage Entourage FAQ Page: http://www.entourage.mvps.org/toc.html PLEASE always state which version of Entourage you are using - 2001 or X. It's often impossible to answer your questions otherwise. -- To unsubscribe: <mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]> archives: <http://www.mail-archive.com/entourage-talk%40lists.letterrip.com/> old-archive: <http://www.mail-archive.com/entourage-talk%40lists.boingo.com/>
