I understand that, but I want the folders to *appear* to be "alongside" my
inbox in Entourage.  Courier IMAP does not allow folders to be created
anywhere but within INBOX, but if I set my IMAP prefix to INBOX then
Entourage can no longer see my inbox at all (i.e. I can't subscribe to it,
it doesn't show up in the folder list, etc.)  I therefore can't get any new
email.

With no IMAP prefix, all folders show up as sub-folders of INBOX, and I
can't create any folders that are not subfolders of INBOX.
