These are caused by the recent "Swen" virus that's been going around. Microsoft (as well as everyone else) does not email patches out to people.

Macs are not vulnerable to the virus, so just delete them like you would any other piece of spam. You may also want to keep and ear/eye out for stories about these things on CNN, local TV, etc. They have all had stories explaining this virus and what it does. As a Mac user, you are usually safe from all of these things, but as you can see, it still can cause some minor annoyances - even if you can't get infected.
