Yes. > Create a new User in System Preferences. Now launch Entourage and set up one > account for testing. Email an html message and download into this test > account. Does it work there? Should have mentioned...I did try a new user and the same problem exists there. Could this be related to Apple's recent Quicktime for Java update? > This will identify if the problem is in your User's folder. It is not limited to one user. > When you ran Repair Permissions did you run from CD or your hard drive? >From the hard drive (like I'm supposed to ;-) I also ran Disk Warrior....tried booting in Safe Mode and cleared out all the caches with Cache Out X. Explorer crashes on launch. Safari crashes when reading certain websites (like www.apple.com!) Something has gone bad and it sounds like it's HTML related. I'd sure like to 'fix it' rather than reinstall the system, if possible. I just went thru the process of moving everything from the G4 and just had it working right for a couple days.... :-( David -- David Morganstein [EMAIL PROTECTED] -- To unsubscribe: <mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]> archives: <http://www.mail-archive.com/entourage-talk%40lists.letterrip.com/> old-archive: <http://www.mail-archive.com/entourage-talk%40lists.boingo.com/>
