Bill, If a name has more than one address in your address book, you'll see a little triangle to the right of the name while you're addressing the message. As far as I know, you need to add the person's name separately for each e-mail address you want to use. If a name has three addresses, add it three times, selecting a different address from the "pop-out list" for that name.
