Greetings all. I've got a user who is on OSX 10.2.8 (Powerbook g4 with 1GB RAM) with Office.x updated to 10.1.5.
All of a sudden, he gets an "Entourage has unexpectedly quit" message when he tries to launch Entourage. I did both regular and advanced database rebuilds. Both rebuilds went through the motions without a hitch - no error messages. I went to the Web interface of our IMAP server and deleted any messages waiting in his queue. If I yank his database file, Entourage launches fine and allows me to create a new, empty account. Tried doing a Remove Office and full re-install (including updates), combined with a Repair Permissions. Tried moving his database files over to a beefier machine, but they crashed Entourage there as well. Anyone have any idears? The main database file is 2.1 GB. Losing this database file would be a bad thing - the last backup we have is more out of date that we'd like.
