1) You can drag them out to a folder on your desktop to make vCards (.vcf
files). Then Import vCards in Address Book.app. But you lose quite a bit of
data this way - many (most) of the non-basic phone number types, custom
fields, etc., and some fields get shifted around (phone numbers become email
addresses etc.). So if you use more than just basic name + address, you
might want to look at

which does all the details accurately, with lots of options, and can also
keep the two apps in sync together. (Good for using using Address Book with
iSync to cell phones, fax apps, etc. but go on using Entourage as you PIM).
A one-time transfer and 14 days of syncing can be done in free demo mode.
