No, rules as such aren't scriptable. But with just a little bit of study,
you can write a script that does the same thing as the rule does - maybe go
one better by specifying which messages it should apply to rather than
depending on selection - and then set a schedule to run the script.

Usually a script which does the same thing as a rule is only one or two
lines. perhaps you should tell us what you're trying to do.
