Paul,

Thanks for the information about going to the FAQ page. I did not have any weird emails that were causing the unexpected quit. I deleted a bunch of the oldest emails, anything that might be spam, hit "send and receive" and crashed again.

I noticed that every time it crashes, the little action message at very bottom left of the Entourage window said "sending password" to my Mac.com account. So I deleted my mac.com account and made a NEW mac.com account. Still crashed.

So then I unchecked the box in my mac.com account that says "Include this account in the send and receive all" Now Entourage works fine. So I have my Entourage back, but it will not retrieve my Mac.com messages.

Weird, huh?
