Title: Syncing boss and secretary's calendar

For the first time, I need to have an office helper take appointments with my Entourage X's Calendar; not the every day hourly stuff, but setting up larger events. Given that, there is only a need to sync up Calendars every evening, or even every other day.

Any way to do this in Office X, latest version?
