(OS X (10.3.3), Office X)

I know this is neither an OS X list, an iChat list or an Office-list, but
the people here are clever and helpful, so I'm risking it :-)

I recently (finally) got OS X and I still have some problems finding my way
around it.

Yesterday - all of a sudden when I wanted to print an email all the buttons
in the print dialogue showed in Japanese. The same thing was the case in
Word but not in non-Office-applications. I recently installed proofing Tolls
helpers to enable me to view Japanese characters in Word-document, but my
knowledge of Kanji is not at all good enough for me to read these things.

I've looked all over (it seems) for a place to turn this thing off, but I'm
at a loss. Can anybody point me in the right direction? Please?

Thanks a lot

Carsten
