In the Print dialog box, select your printer and set all the options
(Layout, Output Options, etc.). When you are ready to print, go to the
"Presets" menu and choose "Save As" to save your settings under a
descriptive name like "Both Sides." Next time you print, it will remember
the previously used Preset as the default.
This is new in Panther.
