I don't know of any software, but with only minor inconvenience, your
friends could send an email to all their contacts (their new address
included) announcing their new email address. When they receive the message
in Entourage, they do a "Reply to All," switch to address book view, select
the draft message, select all the contacts, drag them to the Entourage
address book, and close the draft without saving. Not elegant, but quick.
(Mailing lists should be handled differently, of course, but they would have
to change their subscription addresses anyway.)

As for the URLs, I don't know, but if there aren't too many, they could open
each one in AOL and use that annoying "Check out this web page" feature to
send each web page to their new address. Once they arrive in Entourage,
click the links to open them in Safari (or whatever) and add the bookmark.
This could take a couple of hours if there are a lot, but it would be time
well spend considering the money they would be saving.....
