I too don't know of software to do this but they could copy email addresses and URLs from their AOL address book and AOL favourites list respectively into the body of an email which they send to the email address of their new email service and with something like Entourage as a client add the email addresses to the Address Book, and open and bookmark the URLs by double-clicking on the URL in whatever web browser they choose to use.
