Hmmm. Now I am uncertain of the steps recommended. Is it to open the folder (s) in question, identifying the messages wanted which are then dragged to the desktop or, at least if all items ina given folder are wanted, simply dragging that folder's icon from Entourage to the desktop, no matter how many items that folder contains?
