There's is no sure-fire way, unfortunately; there is no way of specifying
"empty field". However, this will locate all records with empty first names
PLUS a possible few that contain no vowels, like someone initials such as
"RPW":

If all criteria are met:
First name does not contain "a"
First name does not contain "e"
First name does not contain "I"
First name does not contain "o"
First name does not contain "u"
