Forgive the simplicity of my question. I have been searching on the entourage.mvps.org site
How can I use Advanced Find to locate a particular field that is empty?
Over many years, I have accumulated Contacts that are not useful to me. Out of 4,500 contacts, my guess is about 3,000 can be gotten rid of.
Instead of using Find, try sorting on the columns for first name, last name, phone number, notes.
Now is a good time to start using categories for your contacts.
