Title: Entourage 2004 - Advanced Address Book Search
Forgive the simplicity of my question. I have been searching on the entourage.mvps.org site
How can I use Advanced Find to locate a particular field that is empty?
Over many years, I have accumulated Contacts that are not useful to me. Out of 4,500 contacts, my guess is about 3,000 can be gotten rid of.
In order to speed the selection of useless contacts, I am trying to find Contacts that for instance have some of the following characteristics:
No phone numbers
No notes
No First or Last Name
I am not trying to necessarily do multi-level searches; any one of those will do.
Thanks in advance.
