I have a possible solution, since I do not use iPhoto, I was curious if this would happen to me, and indeed it was, I dropped a gif into iphoto, selected e-rage in the prefs, told it to send a email, and I get this silly o byte file. So, start digging in the package: At: /Applications/iPhoto.app/Contents/Resources/Scripts/Microsoft\ Entourage.scpt I has a feeling it was a script that sent the image as an attachment, and there is was. So, seems there was something wrong with the script apple supplies, at least it was start. It also gave me something more to google on as well, rather then troubleshooting the script, I started to wonder, others must want to use iPhoto with other than just 2 email apps, so someone must have a way to deal with this... <http://homepage.mac.com/jacksim/software/imp401.html> Run this app, tell it to patch iPhoto, and you should now have a fixed iPhoto that emails images just fine. Funny part is comparing the AS before and after running this script yields a identical file, and even reverting the edits the patch made to the above files at the above path still allows iPhoto to work fine, so it much patch some other script that ... Ahh ha Do a sort on the package contents by date and you will see this patch updates a lot of other files, anyway, this seems to fix it for me. -- ------------------------------------------------------------- Scott Haneda Tel: 415.898.2602 http://www.newgeo.com Fax: 313.557.5052 [EMAIL PROTECTED] Novato, CA U.S.A. -- To unsubscribe: <mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]> archives: <http://www.mail-archive.com/entourage-talk%40lists.letterrip.com/> old-archive: <http://www.mail-archive.com/entourage-talk%40lists.boingo.com/>
