Hey Scott,

Tried your solution and it seems to work!

I made a copy of the iPhoto app and applied iPhoto Mailer Patcher 4.0.1a ,
fished out the 2 Entourage-related scripts in the patched app and replaced
the ones found in the unpatched app. The unpatched iPhoto with the new
scripts seem to work fine after that.

I compared the old n new scripts in BBEdit and there doesn't seem to be any
difference... Weird.
