To get some more data points for our friends at Microsoft (who I trust are paying attention to this), can you confirm what type of accounts (POP/IMAP/Exchange) you use? We use Exchange. Also, are you using the other apps in the CS suite and, if so, are they affected? This works if Entourage is not running, doesn't work if it is. Again, we do use FM Pro quite extensively and I have not yet heard from users with this issue. However, if it turns out that there is a general problem with Entourage 2004 not playing well with others we would certainly hold off rolling out the Office upgrade to any additional users.
