I use Entourage 2004 regularly with five different FMP databases, none of
which use a Hidden mode such as you describe. But I have had no problems
with keyboard shortcuts disappearing in FMP or in any other application. (I
do not use the CS suite; use Dreamweaver.)

I have had the keyboard shortcuts stop working in Entourage. Quitting and
relaunching always fixes it; sometimes just closing all windows and opening
a new browser will fix it. This is a known problem, but the cause isn't
known, and nobody, to date, has been able to come up with a reproducible set
of steps that cause the problem. So Microsoft is still looking for the
cause.

I'm not with Microsoft, BTW.
