Paul, Barry,
Thanks for your responses, they were very helpful.
Can I get the Export function to only export one SubFolder from the "Folders
on My Computer" at a time rather than taking all of my mail?
I keep different items in different SubFolders and would like to be able to
Export / Import each as needed.
For example, I store much of my mail in monthly folders that I'd like to get
"rid" of every 2-3 months.
I used to do this on my Windows machine by creating separate .pst files for
each month.
>From what I can see, Export wants to take all of my mail - it only gives me
the choice to select by Category, which doesn't help here.
Thanks,
sgr
