Title: IMAP Error Message?
I am having a MAJOR issue with my upgrade to Entourage 2004.  My IMAP email on my business’s Domino Server worked perfectly in Entourage X but will not work in Entourage 2004.  I have a FastMail IMAP account that works just fine in 2004.  When I go to retrieve mail I’m getting an error -17495 (the IMAP service response was missing) when trying to connect to the IMAP server for my business IMAP E-mail in Entourage 2004. The same exact IMAP account settings when I switch over to Entourage X work fine.  

After several weeks with MS Customer Service I was told:



Cause: Program error thought to be caused by Entourage not expecting message action flags when the server sends them;

Resolution: None yet available.

I may have to switch back to Office x because of my NEED to use IMAP for several business reasons.  Can anyone offer ANY advice or guidance???
