There are a couple of things you could do with scripts, but I'll suggest something simpler first: rules. If you set up a new Rule (Tools menu), you will see that one action option is Copy to a folder. You can set up a rule to copy to just one folder or to do several copies to different folders. I'm thinking you probably could set up the rule to operate on All Messages, but disable it, and then just apply it manually from the Message->Apply Rules menu. You could, if you want, assign it a keystroke shortcut by using the Keyboard preference panel, Shortcuts tab. Or you could perhaps try to get clever, and establish some criteria for running the rule, like "From Bob" message get filed in "Bob's folder" with a copy to "Bob's Boss's folder". Then the filtering and copying could happen automatically. -- To unsubscribe: <mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]> archives: <http://www.mail-archive.com/entourage-talk%40lists.letterrip.com/> old-archive: <http://www.mail-archive.com/entourage-talk%40lists.boingo.com/>
