Why do you say that SpamSieve is doing absolutely nothing? Does the delay *begin* in between the completion of one mail check and the beginning of the next? SpamAssassin recently had a problem with its bayesian tests caused by intentionally malformed messages that would tarpit bayesian analysis: <http://www.merit.edu/mail.archives/nanog/2004-07/msg00710.html> <http://spamassassin.apache.org/> "SpamAssassin 2.64 was released on 2004-08-04 to address a potential DoS attack vulnerability in older (non-ASF) versions. Please visit the downloads page to get the latest version." Perhaps SpamSieve is vulnerable to this as well? -Remo Del Bello -- Grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change, the courage to change the things I cannot accept, and the wisdom to hide the bodies of those people I had to kill today because they pissed me off. -- To unsubscribe: <mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]> archives: <http://www.mail-archive.com/entourage-talk%40lists.letterrip.com/> old-archive: <http://www.mail-archive.com/entourage-talk%40lists.boingo.com/>
