Just some unsolicited advice for all: IMO, the best place to search FIRST is the Entourage FAQ site <http://www.entourage.mvps.org/>. The e-mail archive (see below) is an excellent secondary source, but since the FAQ site has been systematically arranged under topics, and contains the best of advice boiled down to its essence, you are far more likely to get a meaningful hit searching that site than you are searching the list archive. However, if searching the FAQ pages does not elicit what you are looking for, a search on the archive is also in order, and often will turn up something useful.
