If your mail server doesn't offer web access (or if you don't want to deal
with the above workaround), you can also Control-click the folder containing
the message and and select "Empty Cache" which will force Entourage to
re-download the messages from the server in their entirety. Repairing the
message list or selecting "Download all Message Bodies" may also have the
same effect (though I haven't tried it).
