I have a list of complaints from our Mac community about Entourage and would appreciate any help I can get to point out where we might be misconfigured, where Microsoft may already be working on a fix and where long term prospects of a fix might b in order.
Our Environment is Exchange 2k3 and the Mac users are running OS X (Panther 10.3.5) and Entourage 2004 (previously they were on Outlook 2001)
1. User needs Read Receipts and we have been unable to come up with a clean way of doing this.
2. User complains about connect speed when out of office on a dial-up. If he hasn't connected for many days it is very slow to download all of his email.
3. User wants to have a default color other than black on their outgoing emails. They seem to have to change color every time they create a new email.
4. User wants to browse the GAL list as they could in Outlook 2001
5. User complains about constantly losing connection to the server an having to re-enter their password even though they have put a check to remember in the keychain.
I know there are others but this should be a great start!
