If I recall correctly, Entourage 2001 and IE 5.1.x both store their cookies
in the "Internet Preferences" preference file. If you no longer have IE
5.1.x installed you can clear your accepted cookies by deleting this file
(of course this will throw out your preferences for default internet apps as
well). I don't know of any way to edit the cookies stored in "Internet
Preferences" other than through IE (I don't believe any other apps ever
stored their cookies there).
