Splendid advice, one of those 'smack self firmly on forehead' types.  I had
to do this by phone support and the idiot had 5 copies of E�rage and several
�Main Identity' folders !!!  Have you ever tried to get a deaf hamster to
view in list so you could get the modification date of a file ?  I'm sure it
would not have taken so long !!

Now all I have to do is teach him to empty his deleted items folder (and no.
it's not a good idea to do this automatically as the chump keeps things in
it) and optimise.  He probably won't until he hits 4Gb !!.

Anyway, thank you very much Paul, and I owe you a pint.
