<G> I have several thousand quotes. I have a several mb datafile.

Now for the stupid question ... how do I rebuild the database?

As for the random quotes, does that mean that if I chose just one of the signatures, anyone of the sigs with the box checked will rotate in randomly and I won't just get the same sig over and over again?

Thanks for the script! I will definitely try it. <G>

No specific maximum size, other than the limits set on system files in
general. In the past I have had several hundred sigs in there!

Strange. How many sigs have you got? Have you tried rebuilding the database?

Each sig entry has a checkbox to 'include in random list', and in each
account, you can set the default sig to be chosen from one of the sigs in
the random list.

    Take a look at my script 'steal a sig'
    <http://www.scriptbuilders.net/category.php?id=1172>

    This is the "Ultimate Signature Utility", allowing you to easily capture
    sigs from a variety of sources and add them to the entourage sig lists,
    assigning randomness and/or additional text as required.
