Folks: MacOS 10.3.x, Entourage 2004.
I did some research last year on the best way to archive Entourage mail. Now, 400 MB later,... My database file is now really getting big. I've got separate inboxes for each of the last 7 years. The chances of needing to reference an email older than, say, 2 years is almost nil, but not zero. Likewise for attachments. Similar story for Sent Items. Ideally, there's a way of archiving off most of this stuff without losing any data and without too much trouble to either archive or retrieve. Of course, reliability is of high importance. Suggestions?
