Since updating to Entourage 2004 from EntourageX my wife has not been able to send messages to several of her groups.
In writing long messages, my wife composes them in TextEdit and then copies and pastes them into a blank message in Entourage 2004. Upon sending, an error message is displayed: "This message must be sent as Unicode. Some mail programs cannot display Unicode correctly. Do you want to send the message anyway?" She selects "Send" and the sending process continues. Upon sending, a second error message is displayed: "Error Description" "Error" <>: missing or malformed local part "Explanation" "Mail could not be sent.""Account Name: XXX" "Error -17099" The message is addressed to a group address consisting of several other group addresses (all in the Entourage address book). Could there be a problem with nested group addresses in Entourage 2004 or other considerations I should investigate? Are there any suggestions about how to resolve the problems? -- Cheers, Art Russell mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] http://education.gsu.edu/spehar "Most web designers are too clever by half." - Jerry Pournelle -- To unsubscribe: <mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]> archives: <http://www.mail-archive.com/entourage-talk%40lists.letterrip.com/> old-archive: <http://www.mail-archive.com/entourage-talk%40lists.boingo.com/>
