Hi Marsha,

The best place to get Word questions answered is on the
microsoft.public.mac.office.word newsgroup which you can access via the
Microsoft News Server in Entourage's folder list or via Google if you
prefer.

I have next to no knowledge about mail merges or I'd answer your question
myself; but there are several regular posters on the above newsgroup who
should be able to help.
