It's doubtful that any of this has anything to do with Entourage. It sounds
like the Palm, or maybe the conduit, lost track of which items were more
up-to-date or when it last synced.

I suggest you get Missing Sync for Palm OS from Mark/Space. It's much much
more reliable than the Palm Desktop HotSync you're using. Plus it keeps
real, proper backups.

In addition, you might want to remove the Entourage Storage file from
~/Documents/Palm/Users/you/Entourage Data/ to force a slow sync next time,
in case the sync data has lost its awareness of which Entourage items sync
with which Palm items. It might have got corrupted. Your most recent
corrections probably brought the up to date, but you never know.
