I don't think that's true. I just made this message and started editing it.
I have not saved it as a draft or done anything else. The window is open,
and the message does not appear in the Outbox or the Drafts folder. So, it
shouldn't get sent if I sleep and then wake the machine. Only if I clicked
Send Later would it be in my Outbox. If I just reflexively hit Cmd-S, then
the message is saved in the Drafts folder.
