Still using Entourage 10.1.6 under OS X 10.3.8 on G4 Powerbook.
Every other month or so, I bring over an mbox file from my ISP (where mail
sent by its "webmail" is stashed). Until today, dropping the icon on
Entourage launched an import that nested the file in the list of folders and
I could then "file" the individual items as I cared to in my Entourage
database.
Today, the import does not work. Instead, I am provided a blank email with
the mbox as an attachment. Using "import" from file, and clicking mbox one
screen later, the mbox file (684 KB) remains dim and un-importable.
Since my last such effort, about all I have done is apply various Apple and
perhaps the MS update to Office X. Any thoughts out there as to what may be
going on?
