Title: How are you setting up your supplement Junk rule ?
Sorry for this very basic question on Rules; since switching to Entourage 2004, its built-in junk mail filter has worked so well (mine is set on High), I didn’t have to set up anything separate. However, a lot of spam is starting to slip through, so I would like to hear from others how you are dealing with it.

(I have reviewed the Junk/Spam Mail & Rules Examples on www.entourage.mvps.org)

Most of my junk mail seems to use the same key words in the Subject line.  Would it be best to set up a Rule that catches those key words in the Subject line? If so, can you just make one Rule, and then have one Subject Contains line, with each word separated by a comma? Or do you need to add separate criteria for each Subject text word?

I presume I would then have two Add Actions: 1. Change status to Junk, 2. Move message to Junk.

How are you all setting up your supplement Junk rule ?

Many thanks for any ideas.
