Most of my junk mail seems to use the same key words in the Subject line. Would it be best to set up a Rule that catches those key words in the Subject line? If so, can you just make one Rule, and then have one Subject Contains line, with each word separated by a comma? Or do you need to add separate criteria for each Subject text word?
I presume I would then have two Add Actions: 1. Change status to Junk, 2. Move message to Junk.
How are you all setting up your supplement Junk rule ?
I don’t use a supplemental junk rule. The filter is working 100% for me. I would look at the mail that is slipping through and try to find out why. Is the sender “you?” There is a rule for that circumstance.
