My Mac users are having a problem with Entourage constantly wanting to sync up with Exchange. I have it set to sync every 10 minutes but they still say it syncs constantly. It also takes a long time to sync. I also ran into this problem when I tried to subscribe to the public folders - it would constantly synchronize and then I would have to try to quickly sneak in between syncs to subscribe to another folder.
In Outlook 203 (PC ver.) there is a cache mode that helps shorten the sync time, is there a way to do the same in Entourage? If not is there another solution? My Entourage users are using OWA until I get this resolved.
