In Mail, there is an "Import Mailboxes" under the File menu. When
you launch into it, it will open Entourage and copy all of the
messages across. (Note that you will lose any "read" status and
linking.)

You can drag your Entourage contacts out to the desktop (or a
folder) as
vcf's, then drag them back into Address Book.
To avoid dupes, first go to...
"/Users/rgirou/Library/Application Support/AddressBook/
AddressBook.data"
...and delete AddressBook.data file
