Steve, I am currently using a Toshiba e740 windows 2002. I have just finished beta testing Missing Sync by (Mark Space) doing exactly what you are saying. Now the e740 does have e-mail capabilities but I never use it. I was able to sync to my G4 (Tiger 10.4.2 and Entourage 2004) calendar, Tasks, & Address Book. I was also able to sync (Active Sync) with my laptop (Win2K, Outlook 2002) I know that is not Exchange Server but the difference is negligible.
