Funny, it's like you are reciting my thoughts:) > > The workaround is to add everyone to your contacts. Unfortunately, some of > the HTML newsletters I get change the from address on a regular basis. Luckily, I don't get too many of the Newsletters, but with those ever changing addresses it's annoying, unless there is a Apple Script to Add the Newest Address to Replace Previous Address that belongs to a particular Newsletter?! Or do it manually would probably be more realistic? Just as I was typing this another one came in. So I added it to my Contacts, and Created & Assigned a Category to it - Newsletters... Then I tried to Assign that Category to a few Contacts that I've added yesterday. I picked Changed in Past 2 Days Custom View (Date Modified is less than 3 Days) and, since I've just Installed and Imported my Entourage X Identity, ALL Contacts were Modified... So, I guess when the Newsletters keep coming, I'll just Add them with that Category, or Double-Click on the Address, which would Open the Existing One in my Address Book, and I'll Assign Newsletters Category then... And, what could be better than BROWN, as a color for Newsletters Category:):):)!!! This tip from Barry Wainwright > Do a Google search for 'webbugs' Looks very interesting Thanks Barry! BTW, today is morning after:) with Office 2004 - IT ROCKS!!!
